This position will present the opportunity to collaborate with both internal and external partners and while engaging in and supporting strategic program development.The Program Coordinator for CCP will assist with management of the CCP application and admissions process, generate reports to track student enrollment and academic progress, manage funding and billing processes related to CCP enrollment, maintain records related to student enrollment and records, assist with course ordering and student registration process as well as serving as primary contact for responses to CCP inquiries. May assist with development of website, digital content, social media, and promotional materials.Participation in occasional evening events November through February.This position will offer fully remote option for applicants with a residence within OH/IN/KY. Fully remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.Essential FunctionsDesign/create and conduct seminars, classes, workshops or programs.Develop program objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives. Review objectives to identify problems and solutions, prioritize solutions and develop action steps for program improvement.Provide financial administrative support for program initiatives.Develop, administer and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires. Compile statistics and prepare reports.Develop and implement marketing strategies to recruit students and program participants.Interact with staff faculty, external agencies and other university departments.May conduct research and analyze relevant literature, other benchmark information to develop grant proposals, new program ideas and propose program changes.May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).Perform related duties based on departmental need.
