In this construction inspection role you will performs duties in identifying and addressing field production quality and deficiencies.What you’ll do…
Inspect telecommunications jobs and/or worksite restoration
Read and interpret utility maps / prints to identify the type and size of aerial and underground utilities
Operate different electronic detection equipment, to locate and mark under-ground facilities within prescribed accuracy limits
Inspect work quality according to contract and process specifications
Contact Subcontractor for follow up on jobs
Coordinate activities with crews, subcontractors, Safety, and field management
Assist with resolution of complaints
Qualifications
Who we are looking for…
You have experience within the Aerial, Underground & Buried Utility Construction Industry
You are a problem solver
You have basic computer skills
You are at least 18 years old
You have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
You have the willingness to work independently and as part of a team
You have experience working through all types of weather
You have effective communication skills
You are willing to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
