DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Program Analyst 2, you serve as the OMHSAS point of contact for the DHS's Bureau of Procurement and Contract Management. You solicit, compile, and coordinate responses to feedback from partners regarding agreement language with OMHSAS. In addition, you make recommendations to the supervisor to manage programs and implement new initiatives based on results of research analysis, and interpretations of relevant procedures, reports, and data.
You also provide guidance in the preparation and execution of procurement documents and procurement processes. You monitor processes and documents to determine when changes are required and implement and record changes. In addition, you determine whether requests for feedback on agreements, contracts, and amendments have been adequately addressed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week.Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.May change based on operational needs.Overtime as neededThe Department of Human Services provides excellent benefits, pay increases, paid leave and holidays, as well as opportunities for career advancement.Telework: The position is eligible to work from home (telework), part-time.
