　　Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.

　　Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient symptoms accurately.

　　Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies.

　　Perform basic laboratory tests, including blood draws and specimen collection.

　　Administer medications and vaccines as directed by healthcare providers.

　　Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.

　　Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, tests, and referrals.

　　Certification Mandate:

　　High School Diploma or equivalent.

　　Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
