　　The Production Supervisor plays a key role on our Oxygen Systems Operations Team . In this role, the supervisor is responsible for overall performance. Leading the production team to continuously improve safety, quality, schedule, and cost while ensuring talent development of the team. Sets day-to-day activities and assists in managing and monitoring production operations, maintenance, inventory control, scheduling and personnel.

　　This is an onsite role in Lenexa, KS and may be eligible for relocation.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Oversees production operations (shop floor management, workforce management, and flow disruption management), scheduling and personnel.

　　Manages and supervises the work of manufacturing production disciplines in the Operations function.

　　Performs professional or management work regularly across multiple Manufacturing disciplines. I

　　Ensures all quality related items for one cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.

　　Assists in cost reduction and process improvement to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.

　　Assists in scheduling for one cell so that production schedules are met.

　　Assists in sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, for a cell to optimize productivity.

　　Coordinates activities for materials and logistics problem resolution of a cell to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.

　　Monitors cell performance and productivity of a cell to maximize productivity.

　　Assists in production innovation, including additive manufacturing, of a cell to enhance the cell's production capabilities.

　　Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

　　Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices OR

　　In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Prior Supervisory experience is preferred.

　　Aerospace and/or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.

　　The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
