　　Our Iselin, NJ office is seeking an Accountant to work in our Accounting and Finance group. In this position, you will work in a corporate accounting setting, under the direction of an Accounting Manager and Controller. Responsibilies will include:

　　Prepare monthly balance sheet, P&L , intercompany account reconciliations journal entries, prepaid and accrual schedulesResponsible for monthly close process of assigned areasAssist with preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements as required by managementReview of overhead expenditures, investigating entries and resolving/understanding transactions and variancesLiaise with Corporate Services and querying and understanding resultant P&L charges from Balance SheetEnsuring internal audit processes are complied withProvide audit support for year-end financial and tax auditsAccounting for leasesInternal auditGovernment reportingRotations within the accounting departments as needed, to enhance the overall accounting knowledge.
