JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a technically skilled individualwith management and leadership experience. This role is responsible foroverseeing a manufacturing and production team of roughly 25 peopleacross 5 departments. Familiarity with machine building, print reading,mechanical and electrical assembly work, maintenance, team building,safety and quality are a priority. Key Responsibilities Manageday-to-day production operations to ensure efficient utilization ofresources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Overseeproduction planning and execution to enhance quality and productivity.Control manufacturing-related costs, ensuring operations run withinbudget. Develop and assess new methods and procedures to optimizemanufacturing efficiency. Develop and maintain safety and qualityprograms, enforce company policies, conducting regular safety trainingsessions and leading plant staff and safety meetings. Lead the selectionand training of manufacturing staff, set performance expectations, andprovide regular coaching and feedback. Ensure fair and consistentapplication of policies and procedures across the department. Overseepreventative maintenance planning for operational equipment andfacilities, driving continuous improvements. Facilitate clear andefficient communication within plant personnel. Requirements Previousmanagement experience in a fast-paced, low-volume, high-variabilitymanufacturing setting, preferably at a manager level. Minimum of fiveyears\' experience in a Production Management role within amanufacturing environment. Experience in Electrical assembly of controlpanels, mechanical assembly of automated equipment, CNC machining,brazing, metal fabrication and production planning is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) and ERPsoftware.
