　　Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

　　GE Digital Holdings LLC seeks Sr. Manager- Application Operations (multiple positions) to collaborate with various stakeholders, influencing decisions to align to customer goals using deep expertise and experience in operations, applications, client services, networks, and data center to manage multiple concurrent projects forming a program strategy; Act as a central escalation point for highly critical and highly impactful user application outages and incidents; Coordinate activities for strategic business rhythms including growth playbook; Provide leadership in analyzing impacts; Drive changes to organization strategy, operational processes, and frameworks to align with overall business goals; Develop and simplify and control of processes and procedures to ensure effective compliance to organizational policies and goals; Manage any IT vendors and coordinate with the global team on standards, initiatives, and customer escalations; Develop and track comprehensive project plans, perform risk mitigation, issue resolution and manage execution coordinating with GE program, support, architecture, implementation teams, and other third-party providers; Ensure conformance to all applicable GE standards policies and guidelines for operational reporting and communication.

　　Qualifications / Requirements:

　　The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field + 8 years of progressively responsible post-bachelor’s degree experience. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field + 6 years of progressively responsible post-master’s degree experience. The position also requires: 6 years of experience in customer support in a SAAS-based product. 6 years of experience in Incident Management in a SAAS based multi-tenant platform. 4 years of experience managing on-call pager duty setup. 4 years of support experience in either Cloud Foundry or Kubernetes-based systems. 2 years of experience in Splunk, App Dynamics or similar Application Performance Management tools. 100% Remote position. Telecommuting permitted.

　　The salary range for this position is $175,100 - $215,280.
