Essential Functions: Workindependently to understand, program, set-up, and operate at the highestlevel, the current equipment in our machining center and have thewillingness to learn and provide input on new equipment that may comein. Interact and partner with tooling vendors on different options thatwould improve capabilities within the machining center. Train and checkthe work of newer employees within the area or employees assigned toassist in the machining center. Serve as a resource to others in theresolution of complex problems and issues. Continuously improve andeliminate waste from manufacturing processes Understand, maintain andexecute Donaldson\'s quality, environmental health & safety, and companyPolicies and Procedures. Understand and maintain \"first article\" and\"In-Process Inspection Reports\". Utilize various quality inspectiontools to check and record the manufactured product for uniformity,conformance. Initiate non-conforming material rejection reports. Performbasic machine maintenance as required. Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT andenvironmental policies and procedures.
