　　Position Summary:The CFO directs the fiscal functions of the corporation in accordance with generally acceptedaccounting principles issued and in accordance with financial management techniques andpractices appropriate within the industry.

　　Base Salary is $250-350K

　　Primary Responsibilities: * Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization's fiscal function and performance * Participates in the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a strategic partner * Key player on strategic business development team supporting M&A strategy * Develops credibility for the finance function by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO/President, the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities * Enhances and/or develops, implements and enforces policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation * Responsible for developing banking relationships and negotiating company credit facility. * Risk management including leading company efforts surrounding risk management and ESG. * Interface with investor analyst/shareholder community via one-on-one calls, investor conferences, and quarterly earnings calls * Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. * Continual improvements of the budgeting and FP&A process through education of Business Unit, TU leadership, and department managers on financial issues impacting department budgets * Evaluates the finance division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as provide individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) of individuals

　　Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance required. * MBA in Finance and the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations preferred. * 10 or more years of solid accounting or finance experience with consistently increasing responsibility for a major company or division required. * Manufacturing, Excel spreadsheets, and accounting software experience is highly desired.

　　Physical Demands: * The role is mostly office-based but may spend some time standing and walking on the production floor. * May be required to operate a computer and/or other office devices. * Occasionally will have to lift and/or transport items weighing between 10 and 30 pounds.

　　Work Environment: * Predominantly office environment with occasional exposure to the production floor. * While on the production floor, employee may be subjected to moving mechanical parts and may be required to put on precautionary, protective wear such as goggles. * Some travel will be required.
