Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates will receive on-the-job training and the opportunity to earn a total of $1,500 while completing training milestones. Once completed, Mobile Associates will promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for incentives. The annual incentive target for a Mobile Expert is $18,000/year. Actual incentives will vary based on performance. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
