　　We are looking for

　　A Production Supervisor to be in charge of the daily operations of our Alorton, IL plantWe count on you to

　　Manage plant's supplies and finished product inventory control

　　Manage warehouse activities (packaging, loading, and shipping of all the plant products)

　　Be responsible for continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and quality through training and technology improvement

　　Help all technical areas as a resource to identify, evaluate, justify, design, install, and implement improvements to the site's equipment, production processes, and safety activities

　　Be responsible for achieving production and quality goals to meet customer’s requirements, safety, and environmental goals within the department

　　Coordinate customer service and transportation carriers to meet customer delivery schedules

　　Work with other departments within the facility to prioritize lab analysis, and maintenance activities and to meet the shipping program

　　Contribute to meeting department budget and cost control

　　You will bring

　　Education and experience

　　Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering

　　Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical processing or manufacturing operations such as Product Inventory, and Warehousing Operations

　　Experienced supervising/leading teams in a union environment

　　Technical skills

　　Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus

　　SAP

　　ISO requirements

　　SPC

　　Knowledge of statistics

　　You will get

　　The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $85,000.00 to $105,000.00. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonuses and other incentives

　　16 or more weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
