The opportunity

This position allows the individual to develop a deep and holistic understanding of reinsurance and how it creates value for business. The role will also support reinsurance operations and collaborate with various stakeholders in the company as well as our affiliated vendors in regional office to deliver quality reinsurance arrangement and administration]

Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of reinsurance reports in timely manner.

Lead new reinsurance implementation into administration system.

Manage reinsurance stakeholders including reinsurers, RISSC, Finance, RIC committee.

Assist in company's initiatives/strategies relating to reinsurance.

Coach and train up junior member in the team

What we are looking for

=5 years of experience in related fields. Experience in financial reporting, reinsurance, or system implementation.

Knowledge and understanding of reinsurance arrangements are required.

Interested in driving changes with solution-seeking mind-set.

Prioritization, project and timeline management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good skills of MS Excel, SQL, Access
