　　BDUK is seeking a Product Support Digital Integration Programme Support to be based out of Bristol and/or Yeovil.

　　The role will be predominately around digital transformation but the candidate will need to flexible enough to work across Product Support as required. This may include support to existing programmes or new business.

　　Responsibilities:

　　You will act as technical oversight over the digital aspects of product support and will be focused on the migration to new systems to meet our digital demands across all Product Support Capabilities and Programmes.The role will be focused around transformation of existing work on legacy platforms such as upgrade of technical publications to new systems and introduction of new Product Support tools such as slickwave.The right candidate will be able to Oversees cost, schedule and technical objectives of fundamental new or ongoing programs on behalf of the Head of Product Support. Identifies and integrates Product Support disciplines into program execution. Implements support program elements for program objectives. Forecasts and develops plans, analyzes options and recommends alternatives.There will also be a strategic element to the role focusing on the roadmap to predictive maintenance and the drive to introduce new technology such as AI to improve availability.They will need to work collaboratively with the rest of the leadership to deliver the solutions as agreed with the programme.
