　　In the role as a global Product Safety and Conformity Representative (PSCR) according to VDA standard for battery systems you assure the integrity of our products during the development phase and support our production plants over the product lifecycle. As part of our product integrity team, you will work closely with our experts in homologation, regulation, safety and security as well as the engineering team and the quality organization within the plants.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　Maintain the integrity (safety and conformity) of our products

　　Responsible for the processes to fulfill the requirements of product integrity

　　Lead or support task forces to overcome integrity issues

　　Develop and offer trainings for the organization

　　Reporting to the management

　　Market observation and lessons learned

　　Support the development of new products with regards to integrity

　　Your profile

　　Bachelor or Master in a technical degree or comparable experience

　　Experience with automotive quality management and methods for problem solving like 8D reporting

　　Experience in the field of battery systems or energy storage technologies

　　Project management or task force management experience

　　Professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and German

　　Strong team player in a matrix organization
