We currently have an opportunity for a Packaging Machine Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

　　Pay: $18.03/hour + 1.00 Differential (Nights)

　　$500 Retention Bonus

　　Plant Specific Details

　　2/2/3 schedule – work approximately 13 days out of the month

　　2 (3) day weekends off a month

　　12-hour shifts

　　Injection Molding: 6:30pm – 6:30am

　　Perfect attendance incentive

　　Ability to shift swap with prior approval and one weeks’ notice.

　　Your Role:

　　As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be responsible for providing support for the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration. You will have the opportunity to:

　　Ensures compliance with GMP’s, Safety, Quality Procedures and keep Productivity Standards.

　　Efficiently maintains the operation of machinery by monitoring codes and dates.

　　Make minor adjustments/repairs as necessary using appropriate bench and hand tools.

　　Performs quality checks and makes the necessary adjustments

　　Checks controls on equipment relating to vacuums, heat, pressures, timing and water flow

　　Maintain various records such as production reports, data entry and detailed shift reports.

　　Checks raw materials inventory and informs warehouse of shortages.

　　Communicates effectively with oncoming shift lead/operator regarding all pertinent information.

　　Performs other related duties as required or directed by Team Leader
