ABAP Developer, Associate

　　In the Development & Core HR department, within Applications Services, we are currently recruiting an ABAP Specialist developer. We are searching someone who is a proactive and collaborative developer and who has experience working with business users supporting and adapting reliable, consistent and fit to purpose HR applications.

　　As ABAP Associate developer you'll be responsible for implementing new ABAP projects as well as maintaining/enhancing existing ABAP coding. We need someone who is focused in developing high quality code with very low regression risk and easy to be maintained by others.

　　Mandatory skills:

　　Technical University Degree (Computer Science Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, etc)

　　Excellent object oriented languages programming skills (SAP ABAP is a plus)

　　High understanding of software development cycles

　　Outgoing personality, good interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills

　　Excellent communication skills in English (Any other European language is welcome)

　　Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business

　　Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

　　Outstanding Stakeholder engagement – maintaining good working relationships with business stakeholders and providing advice and guidance as requested.

　　Motivation and desire for improvement

　　Desired skills:

　　+2 years of ABAP developing experience.

　　Ability to work independent of direct supervision

　　Key responsibilities include:

　　Incident Management

　　Work internationally with other colleagues to follow and define processes and procedures aligned with the customer requirements

　　Client facing experience

　　Participate on design sessions

　　Estimate and design technical solutions

　　Pro-actively identify areas that could benefit from service improvements and devise / implement configuration changes to improve the user experience and leverage the system

　　Conduct and manage proper testing by reducing regression
