　　The Position:

　　We are looking for a Technical Product Owner (Data & API Dev) to join our team!

　　Every day you will:

　　The Product Owner is the main point of contact for System Integration including API and Data Migration to unify customer experience across GETAC Enterprise platform. The Product Owner is responsible for identifying market needs, conducting data discovery, creating data migration plan, owning product backlog while working with development in delivering value to customer.

　　This position has a flexible working arrangement and will require availability for meetings with the offshore teams outside of standard business hours.

　　This position requires travel up to 25% travel.

　　Here's what might happen on a typical day:

　　• Own the customer and product experience by capturing the voice of the customers by ensuring product backlog meets customer needs, personas, and use cases to best solve customer problems

　　• Owns customer problems (use cases) while managing product backlog (epics, user stories) and collaborating with technical and design teams on refining/defining API interfaces, product features, requirements and other functions

　　• Conduct market research on 3rd party systems to integrate with to develop product and service blueprint, roadmap and vision with business and technical leadership

　　• Ability to query and analyze large data sets with SQL and/or other languages and tools

　　• Competency and work experience with Data Modelling, Database Systems and Data Workflow

　　• Understands API constructs including JSON and XML, API testing tools such as Postman and API documentation

　　• Proficiently write SQL scripts to perform various data tasks, such as data ingestion and migrations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

　　• Conduct data discovery on 3rd party systems or customer legacy systems and create a data migration plan from legacy to Getac Enterprise platform

　　• Drive the development of scope of the upcoming enabler work and collaborate with System and Solution Architects/Engineering/DevOps to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the dependent work to ensure value delivery to customers

　　• Participate in planning and execution of Program Increments (PIs) and Sprints based on a defined and prioritized backlog

　　• Plan and execute various product release phases and continuous delivery to internal and external stakeholders

　　• Communicate status, coordinate user acceptance testing & create/publish end user and API documentation

　　• Act as key product representative for mid to large size sales enablement opportunities where system integration and data migration is in scope

　　• Provide mentorship to team members in sharing industry and technical knowledge and best practices

　　• Own R&D processes and tools to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction surrounding products and services

　　In your past experience:

　　Minimum 7-10 Years of Experience or M.Sc with 5 Yrs of experience

　　Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

　　Certified Scrum Product Owner or Professional Scrum Product Owner

　　Strong knowledge and hands on experience of basic programming including SQL, .net, Java, C++, Json, Python (full stack development)

　　Strong working knowledge of external and Internal system/s (API) Integration and Data migration

　　Required Education and Experience

　　B.Sc (Computer Science or Computer Information Science)Preferred Education and Experience

　　Nice to have Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

　　Proficient Agile methodology

　　System Integration & Data migration

　　Customer centric & Design thinking
