Description

　　Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a CFO. The CFO must have strong analytical, strategic-planning, operational and communication skills, including an ability to work well with the CEO, board members and other senior executives. Candidates with a combination of industry and public accounting knowledge are preferred. Are you an experienced CFO looking for a challenging role at an established company? 　　Key responsibilities

　　Supervise accounting policies, procedures and internal controls

　　Provide strategic management of the accounting and finance functions

　　Recommend improvements to continue the integrity of a company's financial information

　　Identify and manage business risks and insurance requirements

　　Supervise all finance personnel

　　Supervise vendor relationships

　　Manage or oversee the relationship with independent auditors

　　Analyze if cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations

　　Manage relationships with investors and investment institutions

　　Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades

　　Have staff comply with state and federal laws and company's policies

　　Hire, train and retain accounting and finance staff

　　Requirements

　　Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

　　MBA, CPA, CGMA or CMA preferred

　　10+ years' experience in accounting or finance

　　5+ years' management experience

　　Public accounting experience a plus

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Strong Microsoft Excel skills required

　　Deep technical background in public accounting (GAAP)

　　Excellent leadership and organizational skills
