The position is the business expert indevelopment, implementation, and administration of Private Banking salesgrowth strategies and as the associate directly responsible for ensuringconcierge level client experience Key Responsibilities Development andexecution of a strategic business plan to achieve new Target Marketclient acquisition, business line referrals and product/business linepenetration inside portfolios; achievement of retention objectives; andconsistent portfolio growth across assigned market(s). This is aRegional Leadership \"player/coach\" role accountable for significantteam revenue growth. Champions consistent delivery of PrivateBanking standards, oversee work flow and processes to ensure standardsand controls are in place for effective and profitable operation of thebusiness line. Actively manage inherent risks by adhering to internalpolicies and procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements andexercising sound judgment. Develops management and compliance reportsused to support business decisions and assist in internal/externalaudits and exams within defined markets. Develop and maintain strongworking relationships with other JFG business partners to enhance theclient\'s total banking relationship resulting in measurable marketshare growth. Ability to articulate and conversant in all aspects of ourbusiness offerings as well as financial industry topics/trends andfinancial planning topics Thorough management of complex financialsolutions in deposit and credit products; including: communication,implementation, maintenance and on-going administration of the clientrelationship.
