Job Description The Financial Analyst, FP&A plays a critical rolein conducting in-depth analysis of opportunities and providingrecommendations to sales teams and business leaders within our securitybusiness unit to drive profit improvement and above market revenuegrowth. This role will also be responsible for the monthly forecastingand annual operating budget processes, financial reporting, evaluatingrisks and opportunities, and cost savings activities. While reporting tothe Manager, Sales Finance, this position will frequently be thefinancial representative on selected core teams supporting our NorthAmerican Retail, Ecommerce and Pro sales business. LOCATION: This role is designated as a hybrid role which includesworking at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in ourmain office located in Oak Creek, WI, to foster better collaboration,connection, and innovation. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Develop, analyze,and report on the annual operating budget as well as monthly reforecastsfor the North American retail customer accounts and sales departments\'expenses. Conduct month-end variance analysis against forecast andbudget for sales, allowances, margin, and SG&A expenses. Prepare anddistribute regular monthly financial reporting. Gather financial dataand provide insights into business performance.
