　　This position will oversee shift personnel and production flow, provide leadership for their team. The highest working knowledge of the equipment, policies, and procedures is a must. If you have previous manufacturing supervisory experience , we want to hear from you!

　　Lead by example, with a positive outlook, through practice and work habit, a desire to follow all policies and procedures in the plant environment to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, high quality, low waste workplace and maximize the development of the personnel they lead.

　　Demonstrate the ability to accomplish tasks through thoughtful delegation to others in the work group.

　　Train, coach and enforce all company safety policies.

　　Train personnel to operate, adjust, repair, and maintain the machinery, performing the most complex work with the assistance of maintenance personnel.

　　Requirements

　　Maintain strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

　　Self-confident, self-motivated professional who thrives in challenging, fast-paced environment.

　　Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written) with staff, and internal/external clients.

　　Proactive; exercises sound judgement and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

　　Must have the ability to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.

　　Must adhere to company policies, safety rules and regulations, wear PPE.
