About Care Management Data Analyst

  Job Description

  1. Perform effective and accurate data analysis and reporting.

  2. Identify and resolve data quality issues affecting state mandated

  3. Validate business requirements for exchange of data between providers or healthcare systems and SFHP.

  4. Ensure the integrity of data being reported and utilized is accurate and valid.

  5. Effectively interface with users and other stakeholders to achieve mutually agreeable deliverables, timeframes, resources, and outcomes.

  6. Serve as liaison with Business Solutions, Business Analytics and other ITS teams for any changes or updates in data exchanges.

  7. Coordinate small projects following standardized project management methodologies.

  8. Coordinate materials for company committees

  9. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

  Skills and Requirements

  i. 3+ yrs of experience in healthcare

     ii. Experience in healthcare, health plan operations, care management, or population health management

     iii. Operations - providing requirements to IT - working with BSAs / BA teams

  1) How program runs

      2) Sitting in an area where they have to deal w healthcare programs

     iv. Intermediate skills in SQL - ad hoc reporting and queries   

     v. Strong data analysis and problem solving skills i. Familiarity with managed care terminology, Medicare, medical

     ii. Familiarity with Cotiviti Quality Reporter, Esette, Jiva null
