　　Job Description:

　　Design, develop, analyze processes to manage Technology Risk by providing enterprise-wide oversight and governance for technology risk management activities within the Company. Assists with the execution of various risk frameworks across the organization by monitoring and reporting on risk activities and framework compliance for identifying, assessing, and reporting on risk related activities. Builds productive working relationships with the technology, risk and operational groups within the company providing tools, capabilities, and frameworks to evolve the maturity of those groups.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Serve as a subject matter expert in risk, controls, and technology best practices.

　　Identifies key risks and mitigating factors related to technology risk such as Change Management, Issue Management, Incident and Problem Management, Asset Management, Availability and Capacity Management, Service Levels Agreement, IT service Delivery and Operations, SDLC and/or Project Risk oversight.

　　Contribute to the identification, innovation, design, implementation and maturity of an enterprise technology risk management and governance program.

　　Provides technology risk oversight and effective challenge (create, coordinate, evaluate & assess): policies, standards, risks and controls, processes, and procedures.

　　Drive effective collaboration across all 3 lines of defense on Technology Risk management related activities.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology or Information Security

　　8 + years of experience in Technology, Risk Management, Audit, or related field

　　In lieu of education 10+ years of Technology, Risk Management, Audit, or related field

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Master's degree in engineering, Information Technology or Information Security

　　12 + years of experience in Technology, Risk Management, Audit, or related field

　　Certifications or License in CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, CISM, ITIL, CISSP

　　Compensation:

　　The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
