　　Job Description

　　AECOM is searching for a Principal Engineer, Water/Wastewater foremployment based in our Orange, California office. This is a great opportunity for a Principal Engineer with detailed design and project management experience who is seeking a role that allows them to expand their experience and responsibility. The appropriately qualified candidate will have a proven track record in design, project management, proposal writing, business development, and client liaison with the experience and enthusiasm to enhance and grow a well-established design team.

　　The role is a blend of project execution and team management functions and will appeal to someone looking for increased responsibilities in an interesting and rewarding career.

　　The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

　　Performs quality control reviews of work developed by others.

　　Serves as lead engineer on mid- to large size projects.

　　Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.

　　Approves and signs off on work.

　　Provides technical expertise for studies and design efforts.

　　Presents complex technical solutions to clients.

　　Participates in development of technical proposals.

　　Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large projects.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum requirements

　　BA/BS and 10 years of experience and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education

　　CA Professional Engineering License

　　Preferred Requirements

　　Master's degree in Civil, Environmental or related fieldAdditional Information

　　Compensation

　　Exempt. The offered rate of compensation in California will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. $175,000 - $227,000 USDBenefits
