This role is open to candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine, CA office. This role is non-exempt hourly and pays $16.00- $18.00 an hour, dependent on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will review and transfer data from paper formats into files in our database system. You will also type in customers' information, create spreadsheets, and verify them against source documents at different stages during the process.
Responsibilities:
Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Establish entry priorities.
Process all outbound mail requests.
Sort and Scan mail.
Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
1+ year of Administrative experience.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with computer programs such as MS Office and Google Suite.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
