This Bookkeeper position requires the candidate to be proficient with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting. This long-term contract / temporary position is a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper who wants to work in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

　　Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

　　Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

　　Uphold quality historical records by filing documents

　　Maintain and balance general ledger

　　Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

　　Balance accounts by reconciling entries Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

　　Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience

　　Quickbooks Online experience required

　　Prior experience working with accounting software

　　3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
