We’re looking for a Platform Owner to complete our Business Solution Integration (BSI) team in the Analytics, Data and Integration (ADI) stream in our Bangalore IT Hub.

What you’ll do

In this position you will:

Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners and Solution Architects as the Technical Advisor for the Data Integration Product.

Monitor industry trends and discover new technologies in the integration space.

Be responsible for running Proof of Concepts/Proof of Values, assess feature parity and help industrialize new platforms for the consumption of the different IT Teams in Nestlé.

Establish platform roadmap in line with Product Manager vision and directions and manage platform backlog.

Ensure our Platform’s performance is up to the highest standards, collaborating with Reliability Services team and minimizing disruptions.

Make sure our platforms are up to date and compliant according to security standards, applying fixes and driving corrective actions as necessary.

Analyze platform and applications performance related reporting for insights of platform impact and adoption in markets (actuals versus plan).

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study.

8+ years of working experience in Data Integration, Application Integration, Platform/Product Owner or Solution Architect.

Experience in IT Solution Development disciplines, Agile methodologies, Product Ownership.

Knowledge and experience with Data Integration platforms (i.e. SAP LTRS, Azure Data Factory, SNP Glue, Confluent/Kafka).

Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proven ability to define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and experience delivering them rapidly and with a high rate of IT consumer adoption.

Experience in coordinating, prioritizing and validating tech teams and vendors work.

Experience in working with cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way.
