　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　TheStaff Accountantwill consistently exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer service, including quality and care and concern with each and every internal and external customer. The Staff Accountant will represent the company in a professional manner, following all company policies and proceduresand be responsible for general accounting functions including financial reporting and support.

　　What you will do in this role:

　　Maintain multiple general ledgers

　　Prepare monthly journal entries, analyses and account reconciliations as required to accurately close the monthly fiscal period.

　　Prepare detailed monthly actual to budget variance reports to support management in the review of monthly operating performance.

　　Prepare monthly reports for key indicators and statistics.

　　Prepare monthly reconciliations for all Balance sheet accounts, including documentation to support all balances.

　　Participate in development and detailed review of annual operating budgets and performance projections

　　Prepare documentation for annual internal audit, tax workpapers, Cost Report and other data as requested. Maintain ongoing documentation.

　　Assist quarterly SOX audits, bi-annual internal control questionnaires (ICQ), and other audits as requested. Reporting to Controller or Assistant Controller of any deviations in findings.

　　Ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.

　　Respond to requests for information from Corporate, Division, and other internal management

　　What qualifications you may need:

　　4 year Bachelor Degree is required; Accounting or Business Degree preferred

　　3 years of progressive Accounting experience is required.

　　Healthcare experience is preferred
