　　Setting: Busy trauma setting. Possible Neuro, Vascular and Ortho exposureas well.

　　Start Date: ASAP/ 2-3 weeks upon offer

　　Duration: 13 weeks; likelihood of extension

　　Hours: 40 hours

　　Shifts:

　　Days

　　5x8s 7:00am-3:00pm

　　Every other weekend

　　Requirements:

　　CST certification

　　COVID-19 vaccine and booster, seasonal Flu vaccine

　　Local Pay: $44/hr

　　Total Travel Package: $2,410/wk

　　Taxable wages: $27/hr

　　Weekly Lodging Allowance: $882

　　Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance: $448
