　　Job Overview:

　　Here's your chance to step into the role of Performance - Captain at Dubai Holding Entertainment . In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

　　The DPR Entertainment Team works collaboratively regardless of job titles or duties to deliver world class entertainment. The Performance Captain ensures seamless execution of entertainment activities within DPR. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various performances, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to an engaging and enjoyable experience for park visitors.

　　Responsible to follow directed performance guidelines and techniques established by Entertainment.

　　Responsible for motivating and entertaining guests as directed by Entertainment Management.

　　Work closely with show director for show and choreographies creation.

　　Supervise and coordinate all aspects of live performances, shows, and entertainment events within the theme park.

　　Collaborate with performers, directors, and technical staff to ensure smooth rehearsals and flawless execution during live shows.

　　Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the entertainment team.

　　Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during performances, making real-time decisions to mitigate challenges and ensure a seamless guest experience.

　　Provide constructive feedback to performers and implement improvements to enhance overall show quality.

　　Events support.

　　Accountable for following costume care guidelines in order to maintain the integrity of the performance and provides communication to management regarding costume issues or concerns.

　　Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established DPR policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

　　Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.

　　Interface with DPR internal and external clients in a professional and courteous manner.

　　Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.

　　About you:

　　The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

　　Completed High School or higher or equivalent preferred

　　1 year Experience with a professional theme park/theatre industry preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

　　Performing capabilities as a singer, dancer, character, and /or character escort.
