　　TPN review/recommendation to providers, order verification, checking of manual product packaging, oral and IV compounded, chemotherapy IV admixture as needed, answering of phone calls and triaging where appropriate, pharmacokinetic dosing via troughs, warfarin dosing, Theradoc experience preferred.
