Description

　　Client is looking for a part-time Interim Payroll Specialist. On-site 2-3 days a week in San Jose, CA (2 days during training, 3 days on-site after that). Work Time: 9am-5pm (can be flexible if needed) 20-25 hours per week (closed Fridays).

　　Technical Skills:

　　• Process payroll for 130ee's

　　• Help digitalize paper files - scanning documents, organizing files, updating employee data as needed

　　• Interact with Accounting and/or 3rd party benefits vendors as needed

　　Requirements:

　　• 2-3+ years of Payroll experience

　　• Previous experience running payroll for 100+ employees

　　• Non-profit/religious organization industry experience - Preferred (Looking for a culture fit as well)

　　Systems:

　　• Ministry Works (for Payroll) - Preferred

　　• Experience running payroll in other systems if no MinistryWorks exp.
