Position Summary
The Administrative Manager will support the operation, management, execution and timeline of programs for Global Research Initiatives, as part of the Office of the Provost in support of the University's academic mission. Establish and maintain department-wide projects, data-driven plans and various program schedules. Act as the first line of support for student and faculty inquiries, while working with and maintaining relationships with colleagues across the university to meet program needs and objectives.

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree
Required Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience in project planning and management, budget administration, and supervision.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to develop and sustain effective relationships in support of organizational goals. Ability to work and communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in individual and group settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications and with various social media platforms. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $67,500.00 to USD $82,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
