Role can be done in all BE, mainly work from home.
Responsible for the correct and timely execution of Payroll activities for the Belgian, Luxemburg and Netherlands entitiesResponsible for execution of process changes defined by the Payroll Manager and key contributor in implementation of projects under the supervision of the Benelux Payroll manager Further improve the partnering with Payroll providers (SD Worx/ADP), HR Operations counterparts
Responsibilities
Timely and accurate payment for the Belgian legal entities,Lux legal entity & NL legal entitiesEnsure necessary checks are documented and executed Liaise with the different site HR Ops for ensuring correct payroll input for both Blue and White Collars Take corrective actions whenever necessaryEnsure implementation of changes in social legislation defined by the Payroll ManagerExpat files management in cooperation with third party Deliver reporting from payroll to internal departments (Finance Control / Finance Planning/ HR) or to external parties (Worker's Council, tax and social legislations, audit agencies, legislations, Control and Finance Planning,...)
Qualifications
Bachelor in Payroll or equivalent through experience Strong experience in Belgian and/or NL payroll - preferably with E-Blox (SD Worx)/ADPExperience with both blue and white collars Additional degree in BE and/or social law is recommendedProcess-oriented : able to optimize existing procedures and ways of workingExcellent interpersonal communication skills both within the Payroll/Finance department and with HR as well as with other stakeholders (both internal and external)Can-do attitude with pro-active approach and fostering open communicationBe able to manage and prioritize your workloadReal team playerPC-skills : good knowledge of Excel Languages : Dutch and English, French is an assetExperience in a Multi-national environment is an asset
