WhatYou\'ll Accomplish * Process full cycle semi-monthly and monthlypayrolls for US, Canada and multiple countries. * Experience withCommissions, draws, bonuses, and Equity transaction requirements * Mustbe comfortable with creating import files (new hires, deductions, paydata) from various sources and troubleshoot import/system errors *Manage tax notices with ADP Smart Compliance - process amendments, taxfilings, and pay invoices * Assist with Workers Comp, 401K, andfinancial audits as required What You\'ll Bring * 5+ years ofexperience of full cycle US multi-state and Canada payroll experience;bonus points for global payroll experience (EMEA) or Global PEOexperience * 3+ years Experience with ADP Workforce Now * Experiencewith foreign currencies and good understanding of fx rates * Ability towork in a fast-paced environment, handle and prioritize multiple tasksto meet all deadlines * Excel Skills - must be comfortable with sumifsand pivots * Strong problem-solving skills with a high level ofattention to detail and accuracy * Must have excellent written andverbal communication skills and strong customer service skills PreferredSkills * Experience at a high-growth pre-IPO SaaS company * PayrollAccounting a plus! Salary Range (\$100,000 - \$143,000) The salary forthis role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered withinthe range described will be based on the individual candidate\'sjob-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
