We are seeking an individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through all aspects of health and fitness. As a Coach, your focus is helping our members reach their health and fitness goals! Each member receives an initial Fitness Consultation that helps us design and develop the plan best suited to their needs.  What we offer: * Commission for training packages sold and sessions completed * Guaranteed hourly plus ongoing commissions (not a contractor situation) * FREE Continuing education credits through ClubConnect * Future career opportunities within multiple Anytime Fitness locations Responsibilities: * Conducting 1:1, Small Group, or Group Training sessions based on the Club's schedule * Match Anytime Fitness training programs with the member’s goals and abilities * Conduct Fitness Consultations * Track, monitor and report each member’s progress while building and maintaining relationships * All other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Current CPR, AED and personal training certification(s) are required as is a current nationally recognized certification such as NASM, ISSA or ACE. If not certified at time of hire, candidate must be certified within 60 days of hiring. Your application will not be reviewed if this is not mentioned.  * Previous experience with training clients is preferred. * Great communication skills (verbal & written) * The ability to connect with and motivate others, while putting a smile on their faces. * Desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of training, overall fitness, health and nutrition
