　　Job Description

　　Major Duties:

　　Demonstrates strong concepting and creative problem-solving skills fordigital experiences and delivers best in class creative solutions in thedigital and online space.

　　Uses analytical and data-driven approach to survey the competitivelandscape to ensure the creation of differentiated experiences duringmoments that matter along user journeys, bringing forth leading edgethinking and processes to our digital design work to push our practicein new directions.

　　Creates visual designs within a multidisciplinary team to supportCorporate Marketing efforts focusing on visitor goals in publictouchpoints such as social media and marketing campaigns. Executes UIdesign for new AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) components to enhance theuser experience for our public digital properties.

　　Works with an open and optimistic culture of experimentation,intellectual curiosity and rapid prototyping using agile methodology forlarge projects.

　　Leads digital initiatives and translates business strategies into designopportunities.

　　Shares work in-progress, solicits critical feedback from businesspartners, and provides productive critique.

　　Mentors and advises junior designers and directs their work on digitalprojects and initiatives.

　　Lead creative input sessions, client presentations, status updates andother meetings needed for projects.

　　Apply and extend the digital design system appropriately to createinnovative functional solutions that meet business and project needs.

　　Provide quality assurance of creative deliverables.

　　Collaborates with UX lead to enable a balanced, cross-functionalperspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency,effectiveness, and productivity. Ensure the work created aligns withbrand guidelines while simultaneously exploring new graphic standards.

　　Knowledge/Skills

　　Excellent communication skills, easily adaptable, exceptionallyorganized, excellent presentation, problem solving, storytelling anddesign skills with the ability to manage competing prioritieseffectively Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to buildconsensus.

　　Solid proficiency with front end UI technologies (HTML5, JavaScript,CSS, etc.) and current technologies. Expertise of industry-standardsoftware, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, In-Vision, and bringnew technology to the table. Experience working with components in AEMAdobe Experience Manager.

　　Experience in translating UI/design to development; writing stories andrequirements for developers and ensuring smooth-handoff between teams.

　　Knowledge of AfterEffects and Infogram a plus.

　　Excellent design/creative portfolio and online presence expertise.

　　Highly flexible and adaptable, embraces ambiguity and respondspositively to change.

　　Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own jobdiscipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.

　　Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others.
