　　Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Iron Workers for projects located in and around Belle Chasse, LA . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $31-33/hour based on experience and skill level. 　　Job Scope:

　　Fabricate Equipment According to Blueprints or Instructions from Supervisors

　　Hoist Equipment and Tools into a Location via Bull Rig or Crane

　　Verify Vertical and Horizontal Alignment of Structural Steel Members using Plumb Bobs, Laser Equipment, Transits and/or Levels

　　Connect Columns, Beams and Girders with Bolts

　　Bolt Align Structural Steel Members in Position for Permanent Riveting or Bolting

　　Pull, Push, or Pry Iron/Steel Equipment into Approximate Positions for Bolting into Place

　　Cut, Bend, and Weld Iron/Steel Pieces using Metal Shears, Torches and Welding Equipment

　　Other Duties as Assigned

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum of 4 Years of Experience as an Iron Worker Helper or Structural Iron Worker

　　Able to Work at Heights in Excess of 300 Feet

　　Basic Tools for the Trade

　　Standard PPE

　　Able to Pass a Drug Screen

　　Ability to Read and Understand IFC Drawings, Craft Specs and Cut Sheets, Procedures and Recommendations

　　Knowledge of Symbols Based on Legend, all Types of Safe Rigging Practices, Chokers, Slings, etc.
