About Patient Services Manager 2

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 based at Holy Family Hospital , in Methuen, MA. In this role you will work mostly Monday-Friday (10:30am-7:00pm), but will need the flexibility to work some day shifts and weekends as business needs require.

What You'll Do

work with hourly associates to to exceed patient satisfaction

oversee daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery

collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience

perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation and tray accuracy

maintain effective communication with patients and families to ensure high satisfaction leve

Qualifications Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
