What you’ll do We’re looking for a Senior Developer with experience of working with C# to join our payments team, who look after Zonal’s enterprise software. You’ll be part of the team developing projects ranging from our main EPOS Solution, Mobile Applications to our Chip & PIN integrated payment system.

　　Your day will be split between preparing for upcoming development, peer reviews, work estimation, execution, and involvement in continuous improvement.

　　Responsibilities will involve: -

　　Working within an agile delivery team, you will participate in all aspects of delivering software projects. You will participate in the product design, technical design, development, and maintenance of our environments. 

　　We’ll look to you to ensure quality by performing reviews and influencing behaviour-driven design. Who you are You will enjoy a fast-paced development environment where the next phase is only around the corner. We need you to care about continuous improvement and modernising our approaches.

　　A rewarding part of your role will involve mentoring junior Developers.

　　You will have worked extensively (4 - 5 years) with C#, .Net, Visual Studio.

　　Have good experience working with SQL.

　　Have experience in integrating systems with rich, complex, real-time third-party APIs.

　　Provide feedback from support channels into product design.

　　Develop and maintain build and deployment pipelines.

　　Additionally, the following skill areas would be advantageous:

　　WCF/SOAP

　　ASP .NET Core

　　REST API’s/JSON

　　Azure Dev Ops

　　Azure cloud dev experience

　　Postman

　　Desktop application installer experience
