About Patient Service Associate (PSA)

Transports all patients in a safe and timely manner as requested. Assists with keeping wheelchairs and stretchers clean and in good repair at all times. Keeps all transporting accessories in a clean and disinfected state and in good repair. Completes appropriate transport logs on units for proper transporting times.

Qualifications include high school graduate, excellent communication and customer service skills.
