Description

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our client's team as a Business/Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, collecting and interpreting data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of business acumen and analytical skills, as they will be required to perform dual roles as both a business analyst and a data analyst.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Collect and analyze large sets of data to extract valuable insights and trends.

　　Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.

　　Identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

　　Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.

　　Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for optimization.

　　Develop and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

　　Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key findings and recommendations.

　　Create dashboards and visualizations to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.

　　Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data and business analysis.

　　Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and systems.

　　Work closely with different departments to gather data requirements and understand business needs.

　　Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and availability.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

　　Proven experience as a business analyst and data analyst.

　　Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

　　Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

　　Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

　　Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.

　　Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.

　　Project management skills.
