About Patient Financial Services Manager

　　Are you looking for a place to implement and grow your leadership skills?

　　St. Luke community Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Patient Financial Services Manager. This position is responsible for the overall direction and flow of patient services including Patient Access, billing, collecting, assuring patient satisfaction etc. This role will also help oversee hiring, training and staff productivity within the Business Office. The ideal Candidate must have at least 2 years of management experience, excellent customer service skills, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and computer knowledge. Some medical terminology is preferred along with the ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
