  Responsibilities:

  In the absence of a full-time administrative/clerical employee, the Kelly Education substitute administrative/clerical employee provides general secretarial, clerical, and office duties under the direction and supervision of the school district’s full-time professional staff.

  Organize and maintain an efficient, effective office that handles a variety of tasks for the administration, faculty, students, and parents.

  Perform various secretarial and clerical tasks, such as typing letters and reports, maintaining filing systems, and answering phones.

  Assist with visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures, as directed by the school district personnel.

  Report any school building or grounds safety concerns, or faulty equipment, to school district personnel.

  Report all personal injury or school property theft to Kelly supervisor and school district personnel immediately.

  Dress in a safe and appropriate manner as described in the Kelly Education Standards of Professional Conduct.

  Perform other related duties as required.

  Minimum requirements:

  Ability to follow oral and written directions

  Ability to establish effective working relationships with school district staff

  Ability to positively relate to students, parents, and community
