The Opportunity
Ally is looking for an experienced senior leader to join the credit card team to help evaluate, optimize, and build a best-in-class operations platform supporting Ally Card for the future. Candidate must have a deep understanding and experience in leading end to end core card line of business functions such as customer service, collections, and claims. Operational experience should include both direct internal oversight, as well as responsibility for outsourcing targeted functions as needed. The candidate should have expertise in card operations, project management, and card related platform/technology combined with a strong strategic vision to help shape our vision for the future.
The Work Itself
Develop and implement a strategy for a future end to end servicing model and platform that supports Ally card growth plansIdentify and evaluate multiple options to consider that best optimize quality, industry leading capabilities and overall cost structurePartner with both internal and external partners to fully research and document supporting detail for optionsDevelop and manage project plans aligned to achieve desired card strategy specific to both card operations and supporting technology platformsUnderstand overall Ally Bank strategy and key metric performance to help Card contribute to goals/successThe Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required10+ years management and senior leadership experience spanning service, account management and collections within the credit card industryDemonstrated track record of effectively leading card operational units while identifying/addressing challengesCandidate should poses outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills as a critical thinker with ability to communicate findings via a simple messageAbility to work autonomously to research information, synthesize fact-based story/option and communicate outcome to executive leadershipProven track record of managing complex, multi-generational, and large scale projectsExcellent work ethic, leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills while working internally/3rd parties across all levels of people #li-hybridHow We'll Have Your Back

Emerging: 170000
Experienced: 235000
Expert: 300000
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
