　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Welcoming patients and visitors Checking in and out patients and taking co-payments Scheduling and maintaining patient appointments Maintain heavy call volume Filling out forms Verifying and scanning patient insurance Generating referrals Filing and pulling charts Confirm patient appointments for the next day Queue prescriptions for Dr. approval Perform other job-related duties as assigned

　　Required Qualifications:

　　1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting Ability to work the following schedule:

　　o Tues: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

　　o Wed: 9:00AM - Close (around 6:30pm)

　　o Thurs: OFF

　　o Fri: 8:30AM - 5:00PM

　　o Sat: 8:15AM - 4:00PM

　　o Sun: 8:45AM - 1:00PM

　　Soft Skills:

　　Ability to multi-task Strong customer service skills

　　New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $16.00 to $27.31 per hour.
