　　Job Opening: Patient Care Pharmacy Technician

　　Worksite Location: 730 Washington Street, Huntingdon, PA 16652

　　Status: Part-Time

　　Work Schedule: Variable schedule 15-20 hours per week that coincides with the Pharmacy's business hours. (M-F: 8:30am-6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am -1:00pm)

As a Pharmacy Technician you will be accountable for assisting the pharmacist in providing medical prescriptions and providing patient care.

　　Typical responsibilities associated with this position are:

　　Transcribes Physicians orders/prescriptions into electronic medication profiles

　　Maintain patient electronic files, charge files including preparation of physician’s order sheets and medication administration aids

　　Maintains, replenishes, and keeps up-to-date RX inventory of medications (to include 340B), accessories, and federally controlled drugs.

　　Preparing Dispill packaging in accordance with the medication regiment of the customer.

　　Promotes promotional items and suggestively sale to patients based on pharmacist recommendations

　　Provide Customer Service to patients and Health Care Providers
