Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can offer our customers with outstanding service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be responsible for communication, directly influencing the customers' experience and perception of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer service inquiries.

Identifying customer needs, issues, concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Can stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Comfortable using computers and able to learn new software quickly.
