This position can be full-time or part-time. _EssentialFunctions_: A. AssistsParkManagerandotherStateParkemployeeswithvariousadministrativetasks.Performselectronicand manual filing andmaintains organization inestablished filingsystems. B. May maintainfiles,updatepaperwork,ormaintaintrackinglogsrelatedtoalreadyestablishedcontracts,and volunteerhours. C. Maintainsannualtrackinglogsforvolunteerhours,uniforms,andotherparkproperty. D. Maintainsvolunteerandseasonalparkstaffpaperworkandfiles.Assistswithmaintainingvisitationstatistics. E. Operatescomputer-basedcashregister and complete daily accounting. F.
